Water and sewer services are provided by the city. Phone Sheffield Lake Utility Department: 440-949-6259 to initiate service. Once an account is created, you may mail your bill, pay online through this website or drop off payment at the service department’s drive-thru window weekdays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. 4750 Richelieu Ave. (next to city hall).
In the past eight years, the city has obtained grant funds and invested its own financial resources to rebuild and strengthen the infrastructure providing water and removing storm and wastewater, This investment has steadily decreased the number of flooded streets and basements resulting from increasingly frequent, heavy rains.
